We’re looking for a communications support officer to support the communications and engagement team with staff, network and external audience engagement.

You’ll provide project and digital support, producing content for our social media channels, writing our regular newsletter and working on communications projects and events that reach across the organisation.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people who need help with their communications and will support other members of the team with admin tasks like booking trains, processing finances and coordinating request for support.

About you

You’ll be joining a busy and energetic team-you’ll need to hit the ground running.

             You'll need to be organised and efficient and have experience of juggling multiple tasks

             You’ll have experience of writing for social media and creating content for newsletters.

             You’ll be proactive and able to support a busy team across a range of admin functions.

             You’ll work brilliantly in a team. Priorities change quickly which means you’ll need to be willing and able to support others in the team with their work as and when necessary.
